How Setlogic is Structured

Setlogic keeps costs down by utilising a unique consultant based arrangement. We find that this works well, and is beneficial for all involved. Instead of our clients being mindlessly handed off to Support staff, each of our clients is involved personally with a Setlogic consultant, who knows the account and the requirements of that client.

Instead of working from expensive offices with large overheads, our Consultants work more as free-lance IT staff that work personally with clients to deliver results. We feel that limiting our accounts in this way is also beneficial as it fosters closer partnerships.

Setlogic has links in both the Australian Telecommunications industry and in the design (both graphic and web) and create fields. Through these links we can deliver or suggest a range of services stretching beyond what Setlogic specifically provides.
