Our Network Infrastructure

Setlogic connects through some of the most poweful providers in Australian network infrastructure. At any one time, Setlogic may be powered by the following data centre(s).

Transact Canberra

  • Transact is connected to the world through a series of Premium providers, including ICON, Pipe, Chime, Optus, Telstra, MCI, AAPT, SPT/Comindico, Nextgen, AARNet, Asia Net, Agile, Powertel and Uecomm.
  • Transact uses a powerful redundancy program, including integrated cooling fallover support, backup power by means of an on site 450kVA UPS system with further 750kVA diesel generator allowing up to 288 full load hours.
  • Transact has a powerful security system, including a dual physical layer, full video survelliance and all access via a logged card arrangement.
  • The Transact NOC (Network Operations Centre) is on site, well staffed, and operates 24/7.

PIPE Brisbane

  • Pipe connects via AAPT, PIPE IX, Webcentral, with an additional access to Fiber Ring.
  • Pipe uses an advanced emergency scheme including Fire protection, dual UPS with emergency generator, and constant on-site employees, presence and security.
  • Pipe is completely Cisco based, using top of the range routing and switching equipment for all its network traffic.

AAPT Sydney

  • AAPT operates its own, powerful Australian bandwidth, with almost 100 points of presence!
  • Internally the data-centre is completely secure and totally monitored, including climate control and industry standard UPS, fallover and generator-backed power solutions.
  • AAPT connects directly via Ethernet to the Internet backbone.
  • AAPT guarantees 99.9% uptime, backed up by constant staff supervision.

Our primary equipment is located in Transact Canberra, and although not specfically in use, Setlogic maintains links with non-Australian providers for clients who require a global presence and a solution that affords speed world-wide.
